My Gwen seems to only know how to use [[Ineptitude] well. Anything else and she fails.
[build prof=me/e illusion=12+1+1 inspiration=10+1 fastcasting=8+1][ineptitude][clumsiness][wandering eye][shrinking armor][Optional][power drain][glyph of lesser [email protected]][resurrection signet][/build]
- [[Cry of Frustration] or [[Drain Enchantment].
If that doesn't help, I guess you could always use one of the following two:
[build prof=Mesmer/Ritualist name="Psychic Interrupter" dom=11+1+1 ins=8+1 cha=10 fas=6+1 res=2][Psychic Instability][Cry Of Frustration][Empathy][Power Drain][Leech Signet][Splinter Weapon (PvE)][Ancestor's Rage (PvE)][Flesh of My Flesh (PvE)][/build]
or
[build prof=Me/Rt Domination=11+1+1 Inspiration=7+1 Fast=7+1 Channeling=10 Resto=3][Tease][Cry of Frustration][Power Spike][Power Return][Power Drain][Ancestor's Rage (PvE)][Splinter Weapon (PvE)][Flesh of My Flesh (PvE)][/build]

I dont like Tease because energy denial skills fail in PvE. Good luck trying to deprive the mob of their energy when monsters have an extra +1 energy regen (confirmed by ANet). Tease also doesn't deal aoe damage like CoF.
The AoE interrupt is good but CoF already does that. I rather have Mantra of Recovery to shorten the recharge of CoF and other spells in the skill bar like Power Drain, empathy, etc.
It all boils down to having another aoe interrupt elite that is not as good as CoF or bring MoR for faster recharge of all the other skills in your skill bar, including CoF. I can interrupt more often with MoR.

Youre missing the point here big time, you dont run Tease for energy denial, you run it for AoE interrupt and infinite energy on your hero making it extremely versatile. Same as for people not running CoF for damage.
I'd much rather have more utility like ench strips or rit prots being spammed with infinite energy than some old mor hero that spams empathy on casters and never has any energy.

There is a reason why almost every Team in Heroes Ascent run Tease Heroe(s) these days (Me/Rt with pdrain|tease|weapon of warding|weapon of shadow|yada yada ...) and that sure isn't because of the uber-energy denial ...
Tease is awesome on heroes because A). It interrupts B). Tons of energy for Fast Casting utility.
Now if you start to argue that it is PvP and PvE is totally different, ask yourself where Sabway derived from ...
So stop pulling that E-denial sucks in PvE argument because it has nothing to do with the Tease build.

You are missing mine. With MoR-CoF you can cast CoF every 10s. Plus you also get to cast PDrain every 13s, and have a higher recharge on all the other skills/interrupts in your skill bar.

That's why you have PDrain. You can also bring Drain Enchantment or Auspicious Incantation for more e-management. Yes, I am old school.

Tease is still godly, yes I know it only still energy from those interrupted the desciption was clear anough for me. It doesnt make it any less godly because multiple foes will be interrupted rather often and if only one is remaining it wont matter if you have 300 interrupt skills because it wont manage to cast alot before it dies will it? Also, OP asks for a build that owns monks and Tease allows for much better options than you artificer.
(empathy on monks ups)
